Patty Lankenau offers more than twenty-five years of experience representing clients in sophisticated commercial real estate transactions. She has worked with Wayne Tatusko since 1988, when she first joined the commercial real estate boutique of Content, Tatusko & Patterson in Washington, DC. Since then, Patty has represented property owners and businesses in scores of commercial real estate transactions throughout the nation. She represents buyers and sellers in property transfers, landlords and tenants in lease negotiations, and borrowers and lenders in financing transactions. She brings significant experience to the table as she works with clients in the acquisition, disposition, leasing and financing of commercial retail centers, warehouse projects, senior living facilities and office facilities in Maryland, the District of Columbia, Virginia and many other multi-state venues. In recent years, Patty’s primary client base has shifted to owners and operators of regional and national senior living facilities. She has represented investors, operators and managers in the growth of their senior living portfolios throughout the country.
Patty lives in Fairfax County with her husband and two adorable dogs. Her three adorable sons have left her an empty nester as one pursues a PhD at Stanford, one works as a hydrologist for the USGS in Alabama, and the third pursues musical studies at Berklee College of Music in Boston. Patty enjoys playing the violin in her church orchestra and bragging about her children from afar.
