Represented senior living operator in formation of joint venture to acquire $40M portfolio of three senior living facilities in Richmond, VA, Arlington, TX, and Oak Ridge, TN, including internal restructuring of operator partner and negotiation of joint venture agreement, operating leases and management agreements.
