Represented a regional multi-family and mixed-use developer in the negotiation and documenting of a complex venture agreement for a joint venture with a local equity partner, then represented the venture in the acquisition of an approximately 3-acre office building property, including closing a $10,400,000 acquisition loan from EagleBank.
