Thereafter, represented the Developer/Operator in negotiating and executing venture documents with co-developer, negotiating documents between development venture and national investment group for $75,000,000 equity investment, assisted in closing $145,000,000 construction loan to create a $236,000,000 world-class high rise senior living community.
