Patty Lankenau offers more than twenty-five years of experience representing clients in sophisticated commercial real estate transactions. She has worked with Wayne Tatusko since 1988, when she first joined the commercial real estate boutique of Content, Tatusko & Patterson in Washington, DC. Since then, Patty has represented property owners and businesses in scores of commercial real estate transactions throughout the nation. She brings significant experience to the table as she works with clients in the acquisition, disposition, leasing and financing of commercial retail centers, warehouse projects, senior living facilities and office facilities in Maryland, the District of Columbia, Virginia and many other multi-state venues.

She represents both buyers, sellers, landlords and tenants in contract and lease negotiations and helps them resolve liability, development and due diligence issues. Her representation also includes advising borrowers and lenders in multifaceted real estate financing transactions, and guiding clients in the formation and structuring of ownership and operating entities.

Patty attended the University of Virginia for both college and law school. She lives in Fairfax County with her husband and three sons, all of whom are accomplished orchestral musicians, and two of whom are now students at UVA. She enjoys attending her sons’ concerts, playing the violin in her church orchestra, and running with her two dogs.
