Represented regional private equity group in the acquisition of a $14,150,000 apartment project in Fayetteville, North Carolina, and the closing of a $9,457,000 acquisition loan.

Represented owner in $550,000 sale of property in Prince George’s County, Maryland.

Represented nationwide data center owner and operator in $2,000,000 acquisition of data center facility in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania.

Represented Developer/Operator in acquiring $11,000,000 parcel for future development of senior living community. Thereafter, represented the Developer/Operator in negotiating and executing venture documents with co-developer, negotiating documents between development venture and national investment group for $75,000,000 equity investment, assisted in closing $145,000,000 construction loan to create a $236,000,000 world-class high rise senior living community.

Represented an international data center developer/operator in the purchase and financing of a Southfield, Michigan flex office/logistics property to be repurposed for data center use.
