We work closely with our clients to structure joint ventures and asset acquisitions, negotiate letters of intent and purchase agreements, negotiate operating leases and management agreements, close financing, and prepare leases of facilities and campuses, negotiate service provider and vendor agreements, and ultimately, close on sales of the facilities, all with a view towards facilitating the seamless transfer of ownership and operations for the benefit of the parties, and ultimately, their residents.
