Thomas C. Capretta

Tom is an associate at Tatusko Kennedy. Tom comes to Tatusko Kennedy with real estate experience gained at a Washington area title company with a commercial focus. He concentrates his practice on commercial real estate transactions of all types: acquisition, disposition, financing, and leasing. He also assists businesses with entity formation and transactions. Tom is a graduate of the University of Notre Dame with a B.A. in Mathematics and earned a J.D. from the William & Mary Law School in Williamsburg, VA.

Prior to attending law school, Tom served as an infantry officer in the Army for five years. He is a native of the D.C. area, and currently lives in Arlington. On the weekends, Tom can be found running or cycling on trails in Northern Virginia or suffering through Notre Dame football games.
